I liked that they were able to schedule me a ride from the airport to the hotel. When you get to the airport from the International Terminal you will be hounded by some persistent taxi drivers wanting you to pick them. Even though I am sure that I paid more than if I had gotten my own taxi, at least I did not have to deal with all the persistent taxi drivers at the airport

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and well cleaned every day. Being situated next to the mall, makes dinner options easy.

Staff were excellent; efficient, friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and grounds well kept. Safe parking. Central location for our needs. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a few nights in Gabs. Was a very pleasant stay and will be back for sure.

The location is great - near the mall, so going for dinner one has many options. It is safe, clean and secure, outside of the CBD traffic challenges. Easy to get to airport.

The Lodge is located at the Mall. It has a private swimming pool and staff respond timely to requests. The bedding was changed everyday with a smile added.

Very decent, no nonsense, quiet business hotel, I actually enjoyed it more than the Hilton and Protea/Marriot downtown, where I stayed several times before. Location was for me very convenient, free parking for my rental, close to airport and Phakalane. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms good. Nice pool, still in the Sun even late afternoon (this was in November, "summer" in Botswana). Decent breakfast.

Being situated in the vicinity of the mall and close to the airport, provides convenience and ideal for anyone traveling in and out of Gaborone. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
